She brings more than 30 years of operational leadership across architecture, transportation planning, and law, where she led strategy, finance, culture, and organizational growth for professional service firms. A values-driven leader known for building trust and performance at scale, Lynn has helped organizations strengthen systems, develop talent, and grow sustainably. Her transition into commercial real estate unites deep operational expertise with disciplined investment execution, advancing equitable, inclusive, and high-performing assets.
Based in the Bay Area, Lynn is a wife, mom, sister, friend, and mentor whose leadership is shaped by deep community ties and a conviction that the built environment plays a critical role in economic opportunity and social resilience.

A staunch advocate for entrepreneurs, she specializes in strengthening financial foundations by assessing reporting integrity, implementing systems that drive efficiency, and partnering with leadership on strategies that support long-term financial health.
In 2009, Jenn founded The Number Mill, advising business owners on financial management, operational clarity, and sustainable growth. She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at One Hat One Hand, leading strategic planning for long-term growth and financial success. Jenn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from San Francisco State University and brings a disciplined, transparent, owner-focused approach to finance.
